About the Role:

• Duration: Fixed-term position from late November to early February.

• Hours: 30-40 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Coffee: If you love making perfect cups of coffee all day, even under pressure, this is the job for you!

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of barista experience.

• Team Player: Friendly attitude, well-groomed, courteous, and polite.

• Versatile: Ready to take on any task needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Coffee Preparation: Master the art of coffee preparation, consistently crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages, brewed coffees, and specialty drinks.
  
• Greet customers warmly and serve consistent, high-quality coffee.
  
• Maintain a tidy and inviting customer area.
  
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, and storing products.
  
• Handle ordering, stock take, and food safety requirements.
  
• Clean designated areas and machines as per procedures.
  
• Perform other duties as needed.
