What You'll Be Doing:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service with a friendly, approachable attitude. Assist visitors by answering questions, recommending products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
  • Stock Management: Help keep the store well-stocked and organised. This includes receiving deliveries, displaying products, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Store Presentation: Keep the store neat, clean, and welcoming. You’ll help ensure everything is tidy and visually appealing, contributing to an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other crew members to ensure efficient store operations. You’ll be a key part of a supportive team where everyone’s contribution counts.
  • Adaptability: With flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, you’ll be ready to handle busy times with a positive attitude and calm approach.
  • Visitor Engagement: As the first point of contact for many of our visitors, you’ll help create lasting impressions by ensuring our customers leave with a smile.

  • Flexible and Reliable: You’ll be working flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays, so you need to be adaptable and dependable.
  • Previous Experience: While experience in retail or customer service is a bonus, we’re open to anyone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
