Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Kaiteriteri On the Spot Store team as a permanent part-time Food2Go/Store Crew member, working a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the option of additional hours within the store. This role is primarily focused on our Food2Go operation but offers flexibility to work in other areas of the store as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and serve high-quality food items for takeout, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked food preparation area.

• Ensure food presentation and consistency adhere to store standards.

• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Support the store team by assisting with inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining store displays.

• Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product recommendations.

• Follow food safety guidelines and procedures, including daily updates to the Food Control Plan.

• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and ensure a clean working environment throughout the shift.

Additional Duties:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure smooth operations.

• Take direction from the Duty Manager and assist with tasks as required in both Food2Go and general store areas.

• Support alcohol sales processes, adhering to sale and age verification rules.

• Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is advantageous but not essential.

• Ability to work flexibly, with the opportunity for additional hours during peak times.

• A proactive team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
