We have a reputation for outstanding coffee and we need a team of passionate and skilled baristas with a minimum of 6 months of experience to uphold this. The ability to turn your hand to any task required of you is desirable as is a friendly team player attitude.

Present a well-groomed, courteous and polite demeanour to the public.

• Greet customers warmly

• Make consistent quality coffee

• Have a good working knowledge of coffee type and have the ability to meet volume

• Ensure customer facing areas are always tidy and displayed in accordance the reserve standards

• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking rotating and storing products

• Complete ordering and stock take as required

• Follow food handling food safety requirements

• Clean designated areas and machines in accordance with procedures, morning/evening routines and hygiene requirements

• Any other duties the employer may reasonably require
